This hotel collaboration brings the Aged Manhattan, Negroni and 1536 exclusively into the minibars of the Sentosa resort’s villas and suites, so that you get to lounge in style and sip a sundowner by the sea without having to leave your Capella room. Presented in 200ml bottles, the concoctions are expertly handcrafted by the very team that won Manhattan the inaugural Michter’s Art of Hospitality Award as part of Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2020 ranking.
The brooding Negroni is made of equal parts of Roku Gin, Mancino Rosso and Campari – bound to please the gentleman who likes it the classic Italian way, The bright and zesty 1536 features Navegante Rum, which is Capella’s exclusive rum label made in Barbados, is sure to be hit with the ladies. And in our opinion, there is a hardly a finer cocktail than the oh-so-smooth and complex Aged Manhattan, which is Manhattan bar’s signature drink. Featuring Maker’s Mark bourbon whiskey, cherry liqueur, Mancino Rosso and Angostura Bitters, the dark gold tipple is aged for four weeks in a Maker’s Mark Private Select barrel resting in the world’s first in-hotel rickhouse, located within the Manhattan bar itself.
