With Singapore set to enter Phase 3 on December 28, this calls for an intimate celebration between friends.
Enter the private dining sphere, where you can dine with your closed ones in a safe and sumptuous space. In conjunction with The Macallan Experience, an experiential and sensory pop-up that runs at Raffles Hotel until 10 February 2021, you can now enjoy a private dining session featuring The Macallan selection of fine whiskies, including the new Edition No. 6.

The menus have been curated by Pierre Burgade, Executive Chef of Raffles Hotel Singapore together with his team, and are available at three-Michelin-starred Anne-Sophie Pic’s La Dame de Pic, 藝 yì by Jereme Leung and Butcher’s Block.
At the centre of it all is the new Macallan Edition No. 6, which is the sixth and final release of The Macallan Edition series. The limited-edition single malt whisky takes inspiration from the legendary River Spey. Steven Bremner, The Macallan Whisky Maker, has combined five distinct cask styles that each embody the river’s remarkable story of agriculture, nature and whisky-making.

Edition No. 6 is crafted from both American and European oak sherry seasoned casks to offer a multi-layered flavour profile as its tribute. For instance, its warm personality depicts that of The Macallan Ghillie and River Spey custodian Robert Mitchell while its craftsmanship mirrors Hardy the fly-fishing brand.
Its complex character boasts an aroma of fresh fruits, nutmeg, ginger, vanilla and oak swirl with flavours of plum, rich orange and cinnamon before it follows with a deep, spicy finish of long fresh fruit that peters out into creamy chocolate and oats. In January, you can look forward to pairing the Edition No. 6, along with the Double Cask Range, with La Dame De Pic signatures such as Berlingot and the Saga wagyu beef.
