Just in time for the holidays, Singapore’s éclair specialty store and cafe L’éclair by Sarah Michelle presents its Christmas collection of éclairs with a total of six flavours, giving dessert fanatics something to look forward to when the festive season arrives.
The first two to make their debut are chestnut and fig (choux pastry filled with rich chestnut cream, tangy dried figs and topped with candied chestnut) and white chocolate cranberry (with airy Pain de Gênes sponge, tart cranberry and morello cherry syrup, white chocolate montée ganache, cranberry gel and fresh cranberries).
The latter four varieties will be announced later this month via social media, and the collection is available until mid-January. But fans of the brand’s classic flavours — Ispahan (rose, lychee and raspberry), vanilla and pecans, dark chocolate, and salted caramel — will be happy to know that they are permanently available at L’éclair.

Even though it’s by reservation only, the set includes savoury canapés such as the signature chicken bacon pie, roasted mushroom vol au vent, and five mini éclairs — the best of both worlds.
