Gucci Beauty has just expanded its eccentric make-up collection with its first set of lip pencils and eye liners.
The psychedelic campaign that introduces the new products, shot by Mark Peckmezian with art direction by Christopher Simmonds, is a continuation of the visual journey established by the brand. The nostalgic shots celebrate 80s aesthetic and take us back to a breakfast in bed scene.
Developed under the creative direction of Alessandro Michele, the new Crayon Contour des Lèvres And Stylo Contour des Yeux come in six shades respectively. For the the lips, the line features soft universal nudes and reds and a rainbow of waterproof shades for the eyes. The products expand the Italian house’s mission to represent a new ideal and aesthetic of beauty, focused on inclusivity, creativity and eccentricity.
Creating a feather-proof finish, Crayon Contour des Lèvres enhances the fullness of the lips and provides an intense bold colour result, whether it’s used alone or with other products.
The new Gucci Beauty contour lip pencil, which comes in six essential shades, is formulated with super emollients that make it easily bleandable. The packaging, a sleek white tube with a gold-plated cap, follows the brand’s retro-chic, Instagram-perfect aesthetic.
The anticipated Stylo Contour des Yeux is a kohl eye liner pencil both long-wearing and waterproof. Designed to be versatile and give even more opportunities to be creative and unique, it makes it easy to create all kinds of makeup, from cat eyes to complete eyeshadow across the lid.
Available in six bold shades ranging from blue to black and red to amethyst, the kohl eye liner pencils embody freedom of expression.
