Hi-tea, but make it festive. W Kuala Lumpur is kicking off the long Chinese New Year celebrations with a hi-tea par-tea at WOO Bar. Special treats for the season include Mandarin Orange Gateaux and Osmanthus Scones. The hi-tea happens from 3pm to 5pm daily until March.
