While December is a month of celebration for all of us, this years’ has been pretty significant for us at Prestige, as we hosted our highly-anticipated 40 Under 40 event 2020 on December 3rd, at the new Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok.
The exclusive dinner party saw a warm gathering of this year’s honourees, notable alumni from last year’s 40 Under 40 list, along with many of Prestige’s closest friends. For those who couldn’t make it, or want to look back on the night, we’ve rounded up some of the best moments and highlights from the event.
A First Look at Four Seasons
For our event, we collaborated with the new Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok. Guests at the 40 Under 40 celebratory party enjoyed an exclusive sneak peek at what the riverside’s latest establishment has to offer, prior to the official opening on December 18.
The Red Carpet Arrivals
Thai high-society knows how to have a good time, and our society friends naturally went all out for the red carpet. The arrivals hall — where a classical duo was stationed to provide the warmest of welcomes — featured a flurry of striking hues and accessories, as guests made their way towards the backdrop and entry-way.
When Ferrari Showed Up with Bangkok’s Latest Photo Craze
Next to the main stage was a striking Ferrari Roma, paired with none other than @who_is_alfred — the droid camera that’s been taking over the city’s biggest events. One of the key photo-opps from the night, guests could be seen posing in front of the iconic car throughout the evening for the unmissable slo-mo shots.
Bvlgari’s Private Jewellery Showcase
Of course, nothing completes a Prestige event like a flair for the fanciful. Knowing this, Bvlgari — one of Prestige’s key partners, and a very good friend of the magaizne — had set up an intimate lounge corner, where guests could marvel at the brands’ latest collections, and enjoy framed, printed portraits from the specially installed photo backdrop.
The Sit-Down Dinner and Live Jazz Band
Making the most of our venue, guests at the 40 Under 40 event enjoyed a series of delectable courses, together with a night of mingling, celebratory toasts, and live jazz performances.
The Awards Ceremony
A heartwarming reminder of what this party was really about — celebrating society’s changemakers, visionaries, and individuals responsible for shaping tomorrow — the highlight of the event was handsdown the award ceremony. Over the course of the night, awards were given out on-stage by Burda Luxury MD, Waraporn Siriboonma, along with Nandhamalee Bhirombhakdi, MD of Cavallino Motors, CJ Quema, Commercial Manager of Bvlgari Thailand, and Reena Hallberg, Managing Editor of Prestige Thailand.
