Phisarn “Bik” Kijkamjai

Phisarn graduated from Assumption University with a BBA in marketing and from Coventry
University with an MBA in global business. Armed with degrees, he joined his family’s
business, Kito, one of Thailand’s leaders in footwear industry since 1992. As the assistant
marketing manager, Phisarn is especially proud of the company’s recent rebranding to attract the
younger demographics. This forward-thinking 32-year-old doesn’t want to stop there. In five
years, he plans to “take Kito to a whole new level in Thailand’s footwear industry by using all
the advanced technologies, new innovations, and everything else needed to take Kito to the top,
as well as maintaining the company’s sustainable growth.” Phisarn says what keeps him
motivated is “seeing the young generation making a difference in the business today and proving
themselves to themselves, not to others.” He also sees family as an important factor in his work
and life. “Having a family to support you and believe in everything you do is very very
important.” For him, success has nothing to do with luck or accidents. “Success is what you
work hard for. It takes sacrifice. It is loving what you do. Success also means enjoying life and
living life to the fullest.”
