Nuttanai “Get” Anuntarumporn

CEO, Interlink Telecom PCL (ITEL) | Senior Executive Vice President, Interlink Communication PCL

When Nuttanai was 29, he became the youngest CEO in Thailand to take a company public. Today, he lives by two mottos in his life: “Do it now” and “Stay humble.” As a young leader, he sees the importance of being open to criticism. “It’s very unlikely to have someone directly challenge you as a CEO. Therefore, young leaders need to create the environment where everybody is comfortable challenging them.” Currently, the 33-year-old has a few major projects under his belt, including underground cable projects in the metropolitan area and Suvarnabhumi Airport and an automated people mover in Suvarnabhumi Airport that will start operation in 2021. His company is also responsible for providing internet access to low-income earners in remote areas. One of the projects he sees himself focusing on for many years to come is to develop a plan for the company to grow sustainably and to expand the reach of his work. “I’ve always believed in equality and good services, so all the projects that we are now developing are related to the society. I’ve always believed that good businesses come from good society and people.”
