Pasu “Luang” Liptapanlop

Director, Proud Real Estate | Director, Robowealth Securities

On Pasu’s first day as an investment banker, the Lehman Brothers fell. “That was an amazing learning experience.” He went on to achieve a lot of firsts he’s proud of in the finance and real estate world. During his seven years in Asia Pacific doing derivatives sales and capital markets, Pasu helped “place and hedge one of the largest investments from an American insurance to fund one of Thailand’s largest company’s M&A in Australia to date. Very proud to have been able to do my part for our country.” With his family’s real estate firm, he and his team that started Park 24 residential project set a record for the most expensive land purchased at the time. Pasu also co-founded Thailand’s first robo-advisor fintech company, which was also the first company to launch paperless KYC investment account opening. He is currently focused on the country’s first InterContinental residence in Hua Hin. Working in such high-pressure fields, Pasu likes to let off steam by meditating, working out, and racing for AAS Motorsports. When it comes to his definition of success, the 34-year-old prefers to let Winston Churchill do the talking: “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.”
