As everyone gets excited about the latest Bond film, which is set to be yet another turning point in the well-loved franchise, here’s something else to anticipate. Chopard will be making an appearance in No Time To Die, as the Swiss luxury jewellery and watch maker is an official partner of the movie — which, keep in mind, is slated to release in Thailand on 9 April.
Paloma, who’s the new Bond girl played by Ana De Armas, will be wearing three of Chopard’s haute joaillerie designs from the Green Carpet collection. In the film, she wears a necklace studded with pear-shaped diamonds totalling 43 carats, a striking bracelet strung with 82-carat pear-shaped and brilliant cut diamonds, and 14-carat earrings.
Not only that, but the collection also marks the first for the maison as it moves towards more socially conscious practices. It is crafted entirely from sustainably mined materials, such as ethical Fairmined-certified gold and diamonds from suppliers which have been endorsed by the Responsible Jewellery Council.
