Providing the wine selections will be Benjawan Wisootsat, Managing Director of FIN – Fabulous is Needed – Thailand’s pioneering lifestyle company encompassing events, luxury travel, and the purveyor of top-tier boutique organic, biodynamic, and natural wines.
Saturday, October 10: Chef Chris Eiting will serve up an outdoor, 5-course lunch at Hideaway by JAMPA (at the resort’s beautiful farm, Pru Jampa), showcasing his wood-fired, local ingredients, and zero waste cuisine. In the evening, at PRU, Chef Jim Ophorst will be serving a 7-course menu inspired by the different ecosystems of Thailand, paired with natural and biodynamic wines.
Sunday, October 11: Chef Kla Prakobkit presents the resort’s signature brunch, with playful service, creative plating, and fine beverages in collaboration with Chef Chalee Kader, who will present some of his creative dishes from 100 Mahaseth. In the evening, guests will have the chance to try a Peranakan cuisine tasting menu created by Chef Bo Songsiva and Chef Dylan Jones (with biodynamic wine pairings).
Monday, October 12: The grand finale consists of ‘The Great BBQ Battle’, where Chef Bo, Chef Dylan, Chef Chalee, and Chef Chris will dazzle diners with a six-hands collaborative BBQ dinner. Chef Bo and Chef Dylan will use only ingredients that swim, Chef Chalee will use only ingredients that have four legs, and Chef Chris only ingredients that have wings.
