The Kitchen Table at W Bangkok brings more fun to the table with ‘W Does Supper’, a new buffet dinner and a BBQ Market where you can ‘shop’ for your cut of meat.
For those looking for a new casual dining spot, ‘W Does Supper’ features eclectic international dishes that promise to delight adults and children alike. It’s an excellent choice for those looking to enjoy a hearty selection, from charcuterie to paella, barbecues and sashimi.
The highlight, however, lies in the BBQ Market, a concept inspired by The Kitchen Table’s infamous ‘Tipsy Cow’ dinner. Just as the name implies, the BBQ Market is a grill station packed with mouthwatering choices of meats and fish you can pick for yourselves—just like when you go grocery shopping—and have them freshly cooked by the chefs. Think huge, herb-seasoned pork chops and succulent rib-eye grilled to perfection.
Alternatively, opt for the braised lamb shank and cippolini in balsamic sauce or head to the smoked fish and meat station for slow-smoked baked Atlantic salmon with grilled fennel and charred lemon. Another highlight that will please many ladies is the pasta on the parmesan wheel, where you can choose your favourite pasta and have them topped to your heart’s content with truffles.
Those who prefer seafood may opt for The Kitchen Table’s seafood platter featuring fresh, juicy Canadian lobster, along with oysters, king crab legs, mussels, prawns and scallop tartar at an additional THB 799 net per platter.
Available from Thursday to Sunday between 6 – 9 p.m. at The Kitchen Table at W Bangkok, the buffet is priced at THB 999 net per person.
