As expected from chefs Napol Jantraget, Saki Hoshino and the 80/20 crew, the Charoenkrung venue’s Valentine’s Day menu offers a cheeky take on the season of love. While flavours reflect the team’s culinary prowess, the names reflect their playful side. ‘Soulmate’ gives you charcoal-grilled red grouper served with laab spiced crispy rice cakes, rice emulsion and rice tuile, while ‘Underneath the Blanket’ features grilled white prawns, caramelised shrimp paste and textures of watermelon.
