With the birth of ‘Pink October’, companies and organisations around the globe collectively pledge their efforts to raise awareness for the cancer, and as consumers we’ve got a vital role to play too. Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur’s Executive Pastry Chef Antony Hoyle and his team of talented cooks have created a special afternoon tea selection of savouries and sweets, with a glass of Taittinger rose champagne to wash it all down. Other bites include the frosted berliner with vanilla custard, chicken tikka with spice toast bread, and roasted beef cannelloni stuffed with truffle eggplant caviar.10% of proceeds will be donated to the Pink Ribbon Wellness Foundation.

Shangri-La Hotel is collaborating with renowned local jewellery brand, Bowerhaus, for a special afternoon tea that comes with a gift: a personalised Clover of Hope Pink Brooch.
