What’s going on: In his second solo exhibition, Nordin covers the state of the nation weaved with allegorical symbolism. Interestingly, the artist has a satirical way of conveying his thoughts and ideas to do with politics through the portrayal of hybrid animals. He calls it ‘pop surrealism’.

What’s going on: Wei-Ling Gallery presents Yim Yen Sum’s first solo exhibition, which sheds light on memories linked to architecture. The artwork is created out of embroidery patchworks that mix and match different structures. Yim has already had the success of a number of public commissions and exhibited in Malaysia, Japan, Taiwan, Korea and Macau.

What’s going on: Artbox Thailand is bringing its success to Malaysia! The pop-up market, which allows guests to shop from and support local artisans, has also been a huge hit in Singapore for the past two years. There will be clothes, accessories, and food — plus live music.
