Horace Luke

The former Chief Innovation Officer at HTC started Gogoro, an electric scooter brand, in 2011. It showcased its first Smartscooter and the idea of an energy network in 2015, then worked with Bosch subsidiary Coup to provide its scooters in Berlin for lease the next year. Gogoro is seeking to distribute the Smartscooter in Europe and the US in the future.
