Ho Kwon Ping

Ho is best known for starting hotel group Banyan Tree and its award-winning spas. With plans to double the group’s China portfolio by 2017, including in cities Huangshan and Jiuzhaigou, the journalist-turned-hotelier has now set his sights on expanding into North Africa, Europe and the Americas. His hotel group has also launched its new global brand of holiday apartments Cassia, which will unveil residences in Phuket, Bintan, Beruwala, Gold Coast and Lijiang over the next few years.
