Koh Mun Hong

This self-taught Chinese ink painter and calligrapher became a full-time artist in 1989 (after leaving his job at a bank), and received the 2016 Cultural Medallion Award. His most iconic works feature flowers, bamboo and birds. Last year, he also staged his first solo show in eight years, which spotlights 60 recent works, at Gallery NaWei at The Fullerton Hotel.  Koh is also an accomplished seal-carver and a Chinese poet.
