Chua Thian Poh

The property tycoon was awarded the Distinguished Service Order award, the highest accolade, at the 2014 National Day Awards. Chua leads the charge at Ho Bee Land, known for developing luxury condominiums in Sentosa Cove, which has been expanding overseas to acquire prime office spaces in central London in the past year. Chua also holds many key appointments, including president of the Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations and chairman of Ren Ci Hospital.
