In case you’re wondering what the dog has been doing all day or what funny business your other half might be up to, look towards getting the new Hive View. What you really want is a peace of mind, and you can’t possibly do worse than an indoor security camera.
Designed by Yves Béhar’s Fuseproject Studio, the camera is smart, sly and as with any Béhar, simple and stylish. Dock it to the ceiling or bookshelf (it’s detachable, if you find a better spot later), and it doesn’t take much to figure the rest out. All you have to do is to connect it to your phone and let intuition take its course. The wide-angled lens is flexible to an angle of 130 degrees and will go great lengths to capture your home in high definition.
Once you find the chance, watch the clips in livestream or playback videos up to 24 hours to check on what you have missed. The camera functions perfectly in the night, and the motion activation sensor may be calibrated to detect only people, if you’re not too concerned about pets. Otherwise, just about anything could set it off, whether it is the wind or a case of wild imagination.
The Hive View is available in combinations of white and gold, as well as black and brushed copper. More to look at over here
