Shatoburian Yakiniku’s extensive menu features prime cuts of Japanese Wagyu beef and fresh seasonal ingredients from both Japan and abroad to give its dishes a modern twist. This means that diners will have the opportunity to savour delicacies that range from caviar and foie gras, to high-end truffles such as French Périgord, Alba White, and Manjumup Black.

As a sustainable restaurant, Shatoburian imports the entire Wagyu cattle with a nose-to-tail approach, which allows diners to sample a wide selection of cuts that are otherwise not available elsewhere.

Ishinomaki Grill & Sake Bar

Inspired by its namesake, a large port city east of Sendai in Miyagi Prefecture, Ishinomaki Grill & Sake Bar prides itself on serving up the freshest seafood from the quiet little coastal city. Alongside a curated premium sake list, the establishment also offers an extensive menu that includes sashimi, sushi, noodles, and robatayaki, the latter of which is known to be an authentic interpretation of the Japanese dish.
